Om La La's Yoga Style

We're not here to tell you that one style of yoga is better than another.  In fact, we totally understand that different types of yoga appeal to different people and for different reasons.  However, it is from our experience that we've landed on vinyasa as our style of choice.  We like the variety, the flow and the pace that vinyasa offers.  It is what we think benefits the kind of practitioners we seek to serve. 

Don't get us wrong though, we still like to mix it up. A strong yoga practice is one that is engaging and makes you come back for more- which means no stodgy sequencing that gets repetitive and boring over time!

Our yoga classes accommodate yogis with at least some prior yoga experience (even if it's just a few classes before you come) and we would expect you to be at least physically active even if your practice isn't too strong (yet). Bottom line, if you're willing to put the energy into it, Om La La is probably right for you.

We are also open to scheduling a private yoga session prior to our retreats if you're looking to brush up on the basics before you dive in.
